How does a duel work?

You are matched with a player near your level and you both get the same five questions, one minute each, scored the way your exam scores them. Each duel uses one energy.

I ran out of energy

Energy refills over time. You can also watch a rewarded ad for more energy, or get unlimited energy with Pro.

Why can't I sign out or open a second account?

The app allows one account per device, so there is no sign-out. If you get a new phone, install the app again and sign in with the same Apple or Google account.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Account › Delete account. Type your username and sign in again to confirm. Your account stays deactivated for 30 days, during which you can restore it by signing in with the same Apple or Google account, and is then deleted permanently.

How do I download my data?

Settings › Privacy › Download my data. The file is usually ready within 24 hours.

How do I cancel Pro?

Pro is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions (iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
